Next day is a working day, so we start early to spend more time together. Come at any time between 18:00 and 18:45 when I plan a group photo to remember the day. Then I'll formally welcome you with a microphone in hands. After that I have no plans: only tasty food and good music at a beautiful place. The event is private, we won't have any formal speeches, but toasts and wishes are welcome - I'll be happy to hear them from you!

Anthos Myrianthous, an interior designer and educator, found a plot in Pyrgos, rich with eucalyptus trees and diverse plant life, and transformed it into an piece of art. He draws inspiration from his travels, including Africa and India, incorporating natural elements like leaves, flowers, and shapes into his artistic creations. Mosaics are handmade by Anthos and hundreds volunteers who came for a few hours or a few months to help him. Imagination. Millions of colourful pieces... Many years of work. This is our Chef - Evi Chioti. Her recipes have been published in books, magazines and on television. She studies the evolution of French and Greek gastronomy, the origin and archaeology of Cypriot recipes, modern gastronomic trends, gastronomic diplomacy and sustainable development.
Evi is a Certified Judge at WACS, International Taste Institute in Brussels, and Gold winner on Patisserie awards on Chefs Club Athens, Awarded Chef at the Gastronomy Biennale Rome, Winner of Best Recipes and Smart Chefs awards.
The list of her achievements is long, and I am so proud of her! I am sure you'll appreciate the menu we prepared.

Natalia Goulevich and Alexis Nicolaou
I know Natalia Goulevich for at least 15 years. She is a talented singer and violin player, but – what matters most to me – she is a truly wonderful person! Together with her partner, guitarist Alexis Nicolaou, she creates an atmosphere of warmth and love at every event where I’ve invited them to perform.
Natalia’s voice has that rare ability to touch hearts, while Alexis’s guitar playing wraps each song in elegance and soul. Their repertoire is wide – from gentle ballads to lively, joyful tunes – and they always seem to choose the perfect melody for the moment. I am delighted that they will be with us on this special evening, adding music, romance, and a sparkle of magic to our celebration.

Group Photo – memories for years
I have a little confession – I almost always forget to take a group photo at my personal celebrations. But those few photos that I have are some of my most treasures – like the one from my 35th birthday, and another from my "25 years in Cyprus" celebration.
That’s why this time I don’t want to miss the moment! I kindly ask everyone to gather at 18:45 by these blue arches (photo 3) so we can capture a beautiful group photo together. It will be a memory for all of us to keep! There are no wrong people in the guest list. I value you all!

Dress Code
It’s an outdoor event, and the forecast says around +32°C at the time we meet. Not shorts and T-shirts, of course, — but please choose something beautiful and light, made from breathable fabrics.
For the ladies, I suggest something “flying” — flowing dresses or airy sundresses rather than tight, body-hugging outfits. For the gentlemen, jackets are optional and can be purely decorative — you may even choose to leave them at home. It will be warm, so comfort is key.

Flowers
I love flowers, I adore them! But fresh flowers in this heat will die fast. I won't have a chance to enjoy them. You may bring flowers in pots that can live outdoor: this way my veranda will be a beautiful garden for weeks or even months.
Gift Ideas
Some of you asked me what I'd like to get as a gift. I am allergic to any face creams or cosmetics, aroma candles, and everything that smells. Anything else: feel free!

Summary
